CX MTG may change these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. It is incumbent upon the user to review the terms and conditions for any changes that may have occurred.
Orders
CX MTG reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on the website for any reason. In the event of an order cancellation, CX MTG will attempt to notify the user through the user’s registered email account.
CX MTG assumes no responsibility in the event that items sold to a user become damaged or lost while in transit via a courier/delivery service.
Accounts
A person must register an account with the necessary details a condition precedent for ordering items from CX MTG. This is to properly aid the accurate delivery of the items to the user as well as the payment of the items to CX MTG.
CX MTG reserves the right to ban or suspend any user’s account for any reason, including but not limited to any breach of the terms and conditions.
Warranty Disclaimer
CX MTG expresses no warranties, advisement, or representation for any and all content found inside the website.
Limitation of Liability
In no way, shape, or form shall CX MTG and all affiliated personnel (employees, third party contractors, owners, officers, directors, etc.) be held liable for any issues or liabilities arising from the usage of the website.
Indemnification
Any user who chooses to use the website hereby assumes to indemnify CX MTG to the fullest extent from any and all damages, expenses, liabilities, demands, costs, or any other legal action arising from or related to a breach of CX MTG’s terms and conditions.

CX MTG has no control and assumes no responsibility over the content and/or practices of these third-party websites. These terms and conditions contain the whole agreement between CX MTG and any user using the website, and thus supersedes all prior agreements and/or understandings between both parties.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
Payments
Credit Cards: We accept Visa or MasterCard
Paypal – After checking out your cart, a paypal button will appear which will redirect you to the PayPal website. Any additional payments that may occur may be paid directly to [PAYPAL EMAIL]
Bank Transfer – Cash transfer using Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or Banco de Oro (BDO) must be done within 1 business day of ordering to secure your purchase. Please send a screenshot of your transfer to our sales email sales@cxmtg.com with the subject being your ORDER NUMBER. We will provide the account number upon checkout if you choose the bank transfer option
Card Conditions
The conditions specified in our inventory is accurate as we grade cards conservatively. Please refer to our grading system here: Condition Guide
Shipping
CX MTG calculates an estimated cost for shipping (to be shouldered by the user) based on size and weight of your orders and depending on your location. At the moment, we offer these options:
- LBC
- Grab Express (Metro Manila only during our office hours from 10AM to 5PM)
- Phlpost (for international orders)
- Fedex (for international orders)
Return Policy
CX MTG guarantees the conditions of singles and accessories. Damages, though very rare in occurrence may happen during transport. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the cards and would like CX MTG to consider an exchange or refund, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving your order. Note that CX MTG assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred during transport, and shall review any claims for exchanges or refunds on a case-to-case basis.

Card Quantities and Prices
The quantity and prices of cards listed are as accurate as possible. If the item is disproportionally priced from its market value, it may be possible that the same may be a pricing error and CX MTG reserves the right to rescind the sale. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of a card ordered to protect us from a buyout during a price spike.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
CX MTG is dedicated to secure all of your information. Safety measures are in place in our website.
We collect your IP address which we use to improve our services and is also used to gather demographic info. Register your email to allow us to send you newsletters and offers on deals. However, to make an order, you need to set up an account that requires us to collect your complete address and contact details, as well as credit card number with expiration date and the billing address. This information is necessary to process and ship your orders.
You may change your information at any time and you may unsubscribe to our promotional newsletters by simply going to the MY ACCOUNT section.

CONDITION GUIDE
We use four classifications in grading our cards:
NM – Near Mint to Mint
These cards are un-played and as flawless as possible.
- No scratches on the front and back.
- No shuffle wears
- Card edges and corners are clean
- No clouding on the front surface of foil cards
SP – Slightly Played
These cards are very close to NM with very small nicks on the sides and with very minor scratches.
PLD – Played
Most of the cards in the open market are considered PLD and have seen tournament play.
- Small nicks on the sides
- Minor scratches on front or back surfaces
- Clouding on the surface
- Minor shuffle creases and card wears
HP – Heavily Played.
Cards considered heavily played are mostly playable using opaque sleeves. Please consult the head judge of competitive events you’re playing in before using these.
- Major creases in the middle or corners of cards
- Big scratches on card surfaces
- Whitening and fading of front and/or back surface
- Missing parts of the card
- stains (food or tobacco)
- Water Damage
- Permanent markers on borders and edges
- ALTERED CARDS or cards that were painted over to restore, extend or change the art of the card.
